Jakarta - PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) plans to raise funds from PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk and Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk worth Rp6 trillion.

According to the Corporate Secretary of LPKR Ratih Safitri, the company will use funds to implement the planned tender offer for the 2025 and 2026 Notes and requests for approval (consent solicitation).

Through Theta Capital Pte Ltd, the company plans to make a tender offer for Notes 2025 and 2026.

Currently, Theta has started submitting a consent solicitation to bondholders maturing in 2025 with an 8.125% coupon and bondholders maturing in 2026 with a coupon of 6.75%.

In connection with the proposed transaction, Theta Capital and its subsidiaries provide corporate guarantees for the 2025 and 2026 bonds with Deutsche Bank AG Singapore Branch, BNI Securities Pte Ltd, and CIMB Investments Bank Berhad.
