Jakarta - PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF) proposed a final dividend of Rp250 per share.

The proposed dividend considers the interim dividend of Rp100 per share that LPPF paid in December 2021. Thus, the total dividend for the fiscal year 2021 will be Rp350 per share.

If approved by the AGMS, the company will pay the final dividend on May 6, 2022. Shareholders who are registered in the company's register of shareholders on April 18, 2022 (recording date) will be entitled to receive dividend payments.

"In the future, management recommends paying dividends of Rp500 per share for fiscal year 2022," said LPPF CFO Niraj Jain in a press release on Tuesday (3/15).

Niraj hopes that the proposed dividend will show appreciation to all shareholders.
