Jakarta - PT M Cash Integration Tbk (MCAS) has divested its 99% stake in PT Buana Agya Cipta on December 8, 2021.

"The value of this investment is Rp297 million," said MCAS Director Rachel Stephanies in information disclosure on Friday (10/12).

He emphasized that the disposal of the investment did not have a material impact on the company's operational activities, financial condition, and business continuity.
