The Indonesian Stock Exchange Authority has again stopped trading shares of PT Limas Indonesia Makmur Tbk (LMAS) on Thursday (24/6).

The Head of the IDX's Transaction Supervision Division, Lidia M Panjaitan, said the suspension is valid in the regular market and cash market starting from the first trading session on June 24, 2021, until further the Exchange announcements.

"The suspension was carried out due to a significant increase in cumulative prices, so cooling down was needed," she said in Jakarta.

She explained that the suspension of LMAS shares aimed to provide sufficient time for market participants to carefully consider the information available in every investment decision-making in Limas shares.

"Stakeholders are expected to always pay attention to the disclosure of information submitted by the company," she said.
