Jakarta - PT Mordred Investama Indonesia (MII) officially becomes the controlling shareholder of PT Eterindo Wahanatama Tbk with ownership of 3.7 billion series B shares or 79.25%, Eterindo President Director Lie Kiong stated in information disclosure on Friday (24/12).

The share ownership comes from additional capital without Pre-emptive Rights or through a private placement of a maximum of 3.7 billion shares which the company has implemented on December 22, 2021.

The exercise price for the private placement is Rp75 per share.

Meanwhile, before the capital increase, the number of shares was 968.297 million shares to 4.668 billion shares.
