Morgan Stanley & Co International Plc sold 294,884,400 PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT) shares on June 11, 2021.

"The selling price is Rp. 1,103, with the purpose of the transaction being an investment," said AMRT Corporate Secretary Tomin Widian in the IDX information disclosure on Monday (21/6).

Following the transaction, Morgan Stanley's total shareholding became 3,243,836,889 shares or 7.81% from 3,538,721,289 shares (8.52%).

Previously, on September 6, 2020, Morgan Stanley sold around 2.50 million AMRT shares at a price of Rp927.
