Jakarta - Muktar Widjaja, President Commissioner of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), increased the company's share ownership by 5.01 million shares.

Based on IDX's information disclosure, Monday (27/6), Muktar Widjaja bought 5,014,500 BSDE shares at an average purchase price of Rp899.99 per share. Thus, the total value of the purchase of shares is around Rp4.51 billion.

The purpose of the share purchase transaction is to provide an investment with direct ownership status.

After the BSDE share purchase transaction, Muktar Widjaja owns 103,620,800 shares, up from the previous 98,606,300 shares.
