Jakarta - PT Multipolar Technology Tbk (MLPT) plans to sell its PT Graha Teknologi Nusantara (GTN) shares to Edgeconnex Europe BV.

President Director of MLPT Wahyudi Chandra reported it through information disclosure on Wednesday (16/2).

The details are that MLPT disposed of 281.535 million shares in GTN, representing 65% of the total issued and fully paid capital, and Mitsui & Co. as the holder of 151.595 million shares in GTN, representing 35%.

In connection with the planned sale of shares, MLPT, Mitsui & Co Ltd, and Edgeconnex have signed a share sale and purchase agreement on February 14, 2022.

In addition to the sale of shares, MLPT will also release an area of 40,000 square meters of land located in West Java to Edgeconnex.

"The transaction can only be realized after obtaining the approval of the GMS," said Wahyudi.
