Jakarta - PT Nusantara Pelabuhan Handal Tbk (PORT) improves service excellence through various innovations.

President Director of Nusantara Pelabuhan Reliable Paul Krisnadi said service excellence has always been the company's main focus.

"We continue to strive to improve service quality and productivity for the convenience of our customers. The efficiency and productivity of NPH of around 60 boxes per hour of ship operation is in accordance with market needs," he said on Thursday (4/11).
