Jakarta - The Financial Services Authority OJK has approved the listing of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI) additional tier 1 capital bond 2021 as a component of additional core capital based on the issuance of BNI additional tier I perpetual non-cumulative capital securities (AT I) of US$600 million.

The listing of AT 1 capital securities as a component of additional core capital is effective as of September 30, 2021.

"By listing AT 1 capital securities as an additional core capital component, BNI's capital adequacy ratio will increase by 1.4 percent using the CAR basis for the position in June 2021, which is 18.21 percent to 19.62 percent," BNI Corporate Secretary Mucharom said in a statement. information submitted to the IDX on Monday (4/10).
