Jakarta - PT Indonesia Prima Properti Tbk (OMRE) plans to issue shares by issuing pre-emptive rights of 1,250 billion series B shares, representing 71.63% of the issued and fully paid capital.

The company's prospectus published on Thursday (9/8) stated that the determination of the amount and the exercise price will take into account the latest conditions, such as macroeconomic conditions, capital markets, company fundamentals and performance, and stock price volatility.

The plan is for OMRE to hold an EGMS to seek approval regarding the PMHMETD plan on October 14, 2022.

The company will use proceeds from the rights issue implementation will be used to settle the company's obligations to reduce liabilities and increase equity.

The strengthening of the capital structure is also expected to support the company's business activities going forward, creating value for shareholders and stakeholders.
