PT Pacific Strategic Financial Tbk (APIC) announced that PT Pan Pacific Investama had sold 480 million shares of the company on July 8, 2021.

"With this transaction, Pan Pacific Indonesia now has 3.27 billion shares, equivalent to 27.81%," said Pacific Strategic Director, Wiyana in the IDX information disclosure on Wednesday (14/7).

According to Wiyana, the selling price is Rp780 per share.

Previously, on July 5, 2021, Pan Pacific Investama had released 660 million shares at Rp750 per share.
