Pratama Abada Plans to Acquire Bangun Kosambi


Jakarta - PT Pratama Abadi Nusa Industri Tbk (PANI) plans to take over as many as 104,028 new shares issued by PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses (BKS) or represent 51% with a value of Rp6.49 trillion.

Based on the prospectus published on Friday (18/2), the company plans to invest in PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses, PT Mega Andalan Sukses (MAS), and PT Cahaya Gemilang Indah Cemerlang (CGIC) and develop a business in the real estate sector that is in line with the company of its shareholders,  PT Multi Artha Pratama.

The current shareholders of BKS are PT Agung Sedayu with 50% and PT Tunas Mekar Jaya with 50%.

The investment is made to improve the company's performance and revenue. PANI strives to grow inorganically and looks for business opportunities that can optimize its investment.

By investing in and developing a business in the real estate sector, PANI will obtain other sources of income to support the company's growth in the future.
