Jakarta - PT Pratama Abadi Nusa Industri Tbk (PANI) plans to conduct a limited public offering I through pre-emptive rights or rights issue with a target of raising funds of Rp6.56 trillion.

Based on the company's information disclosure on Tuesday (8/2), PANI will release as many as 13.12 billion cost shares, representing 96.97% of the total issued and fully paid shares after the rights issue with an exercise price of Rp500 per share.

The company will use proceeds from the rights issue for investment and business development of Rp6.49 trillion and the remainder as working capital.

PT Multi Artha Pratama, the company's main shareholder who owns 80% shares of the total issued and paid-up capital in the company, stated that it would exercise all the preemptive rights to which it is entitled, as many as 10.496 billion rights.
