Jakarta - PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA), until the first semester of 2022, posted a profit for the year attributable to owners reaching Rp1.004 trillion, or an increase of around 107.86% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp483 billion.

In the financial report released Monday (8/15), the increase in profit was supported by high income, which rose by around 16.04% to Rp4.66 trillion from Rp4.02 trillion.

Operating profit also increased by about 24.63%, to Rp1.64 trillion from Rp1.31 trillion.

However, the cost of goods sold and direct expenses increased by around 11.46%, to Rp2.29 trillion from Rp2.05 trillion.

Until the first semester of 2022, the company's total assets reached Rp40.92 trillion, with liabilities of Rp20.51 trillion and equity of Rp20.40 trillion.
