Jakarta - PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM) recorded a net sales growth of around 17% in the first half of this year to Rp2.305 trillion, compared to the same period last year of Rp1.970 trillion.

The financial report released on Tuesday (7/26) showed strengthening income supported the increase in profit attributable to owners of around 20.08% to Rp377.438 billion from Rp314.303 billion.

Operating profit increased by about 18.55% to Rp526.516 billion from Rp444.112 billion.

However, the cost of goods sold increased from Rp1.342 trillion to Rp1.594 trillion by about 18.77%.

Until the first semester of 2022, SSMS' total assets were at Rp4.218 trillion, with liabilities of Rp1.001 trillion and equity of Rp3.216 trillion.

Meanwhile, the position of cash and cash equivalents at the end of the year was around Rp991.348 billion.
