Jakarta - PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME), known as Omni Hospitals, recorded a loss before the adjustment of merging entities attributable to owners in the first half of this year of around Rp24,768 billion compared to the same period last year, earning a profit of Rp87.897 billion.

The company's financial report published on Friday (8/12) showed that this loss was triggered by a 26.62% increase in the cost of revenue to Rp432.526 billion from Rp341.577 billion.

In addition, there was an operating loss of Rp. 13.349 billion from a profit of Rp. 140.713 billion. The trigger was the increase in selling expenses, which increased by about five times to Rp5,940 billion from Rp1,932 billion, and the decrease in fixed asset sales, which increased by about three times to Rp135.3 million.

Net service revenue decreased by 1.53% to Rp637.919 billion from Rp647.894 billion.

Nevertheless, the company managed to reduce its financial burden by
