Pegadaian Plans to Sell Rp4.043 Trillion of Bonds, Sukuk
PT Pegadaian (Persero) issued sustainable bonds IV in 2021 amounting to Rp3,280 trillion and sukuk mudharabah I stage IV in 2021 of Rp765 billion.
Quoting the company's brief prospectus, Tuesday (16/3), the bonds and sustainable sukuk mudharabah phase IV are part of the ongoing public offering of bonds and continuous sukuk mudharabah IV, a target of funds raised as much as Rp7.8 trillion and Rp2 trillion, respectively.
The phase IV bonds offer two series. The A-series worth Rp2.172 trillion carrying a coupon of 4.85% and a tenor of 370 days. The B series of Rp1.107 trillion with a coupon of 6.20% and a tenor of 3 years.
Sukuk mudharabah stage IV offers a ratio of 17.394%, carrying 4.85% of profit-sharing for the A-series and a 21.814% ratio with a profit-sharing of 6.20% for the B series.
The company has obtained a rating for the long-term debt securities from PT PEfindo, namely "AAA" for the bonds and sukuk mudharabah sale plan.
The issuance of bonds and sukuk mudharabah is entrusted to BNI Sekuritas, BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, Mandiri Sekuritas, and Indo Premier Sekuritas as underwriters. Bahana Sekuritas as sales agent and Bank Mega Tbk as trustee.
Meanwhile, the company got the effective date on May 4, 2020. It set the implementation schedule is as follows: the public offering period March 29-31, the allotment of April 1, refunds of orders and electronic distribution April 6, and listing on the IDX April 7.
The company plans to use the proceeds from this celebration for additional working capital for financing business activities and working capital for sharia business units by applying the principles of GCG.
