Jakarta - PT WIR Asia Tbk (WIRG) 's controlling shareholder, and PT Wir Global Creative (WGK) reduced the company's shareholding through a stock crossing.

"Based on the information the company received from WGK, the share transfer is a share crossing transaction carried out by WGK," said WIRG Corporate Secretary Ira Yuanita in an information disclosure on Thursday (12/8).

With this transaction, the number of WGK shares in WIRG is 1.847 billion (15.49%) from 2.099 billion (17.60%).
