Jakarta - PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) throughout 2021 posted a profit for the year attributable to the entity of US$36.13 million or stagnant compared to the previous year of around US$36.19 million.

Based on the financial report released Wednesday (23/2), moderate profit growth was triggered by the low operating profit of around 3.47 percent to US$90.83 million from US$94.10 million.

Nevertheless, MDKA managed to record operating revenues of around 18.36 percent to US$380.95 million from US$321.86 million.

However, the cost of revenue also increased by around 25.57%, or from US$207.73 million to US$260.85 million.

The company was also able to increase its financial income by around 434%, to US$1.50 million from US$281,336.

The company's total assets as of December 31, 2021, reached US$1.27 billion, with equity of US$779.41 million and liabilities of US$449.18 million.
