Jakarta - PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO) has invested additional capital to PT Karya Bhumi Lestari (KBL) through the asset input scheme.

The signing of the circular decision of the shareholders marked the plan in lieu of the EGMS on 27 August 2021.

"This transaction has a positive impact on PTRO's business continuity through diversification, and increasing the business capabilities of its subsidiaries in order to support the company's main business activities," said PTRO Director Meinar Kusumastuti in the IDX information disclosure on Tuesday (31/8).

The additional capital participation was in the form of 81 units of heavy equipment owned by PTRO with a value of Rp253.91 billion.

Thus, the composition of capital in KBL changed to authorized capital to Rp1.17 trillion or 1.17 billion shares and issued and paid-up capital to Rp292.70 billion or 292.70 million shares.

PTRO's share ownership increased to 292.67 million
