Jakarta - PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk (PJAA) announced that the credit limit for the facility from PT Bank DKI was reduced to Rp389 billion from Rp900 billion, with interest from 7% to 6.25%.

This is stated in addendum VI regarding changes to the provision of loan credit facilities between PJAA and DKI, which was signed on December 20, 2021.

"With this transaction, the company can reprofil short-term debt into long-term debt, so that it will strengthen the company's long-term cash flow which is more stable," said PJAA Director Suparno in information disclosure on Thursday (23/12).

He continued that the company's going concern will be more substantial with debt reprofiling.

In addition, PJAA obtained a refinancing credit facility with a limit of Rp516 billion from Bank DKI.
