PP Presisi Obtain Special Road Transportation Project Rp1.5 Trillion

Jakarta - PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE), thru PT Lancarjaya Mandiri Abadi (LMA), received a special road transportation project with an investment of Rp1.5 trillion.

"We are ready to help the Jambi Provincial Government overcome the problem of coal transportation traffic congestion, which is still mixed with economic logistics transportation traffic and community activity traffic," said Rizki Dianugrah, Director of Operations at LMA, in a press release Friday (14/1).

He explained that this particular transportation road was built for approximately 140 km, with a ROW of 30 meters, and would stretch from Sarolangun Regency to a special port in Muarojambi Regency.

"In the future, with the construction of this special transport road, it will solve the problem of the low volume of coal sales as a result of restrictions on coal transportation on public roads mixed with general traffic, which causes high coal transportation costs in Jambi," he added.

He hopes the industry can use this special transportation road to transport palm oil commodities in Jambi. Another benefit is reducing the accident rate in line with the orderly traffic conditions.

"Previously, it was chaotic due to the mixing of commodity traffic with economic logistics traffic and community activity traffic, so that if they were separated, the impact would be felt directly on the community," he explained.

In its construction, PP Presisi will pay attention to aspects of environmental sustainability, including forests.

"We are proud and will support the plan for the construction of a special transport road to be carried out by LMA, which further strengthens PP Presisi's positioning as an integrated mining service," said M. Darwis Hamzah, Director of PPRE Operations.
