Puradelta Lestari Bags 34.2% of 2022 Pre-Sale Target in 1st Quarter


Jakarta - The developer of the modern integrated area of ​​Kota Deltamas, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), achieved pre-sales or marketing sales of Rp615 billion in the first quarter of 2022, around 34.2% of this year's marketing sales target of Rp1.8 trillion.

According to DMAS Director Suwanto, the company's marketing sales achievement at the beginning of this year mainly came from the sale of industrial land.

"In the first quarter of 2022, the company sold 16.8 hectares of industrial land. In addition, there are also sales of commercial and residential segments, "said Suwanto in an official statement on Monday (4/18).

He added that the achievement of marketing sales in the first quarter of this year was higher than the same period last year of Rp228 billion. The good performance in the first quarter of this year was supported by the increase in average sales prices and increasing demand, especially from the data center sector.
