PT MNC Vision Networks Tbk (IPTV) plans to increase its capital without granting pre-emptive rights phase II as many as 665.2 million new shares.

According to IPTV directors in the IDX's information disclosure on Wednesday (23/6), the company sets the price for the private placement at Rp260. Thus, the company will get fresh funds of around Rp172.9 billion.

Meanwhile, the schedule for the private placement is on June 30, 2021, and the announcement of corporate action results on July 2, 2021.

This corporate action plan has received approval from shareholders at the EGM, held on August 7 and September 23, 2020.
