Brief of Company Background

Previously known as Bank International Harda, standing in Jakarta on February 10, 1993 by deed No. 242 dated October 21, 1992 Notary Ny. Adi Poerbaningsih Warsito. Was originally established under the name of Bank Arta Griya which later became Bank Harda Griya based on notarial deed No. 181 dated January 16, 1993 is still the same notary. BHI Bank Head Office was first operated on Jl. Pinangsia III No. 27, and began operation on October 10, 1994 after obtaining the operating license as a commercial bank on September 8, 1994 under the name Bank Harda Griya corresponding Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. 455 / KMK.017 / 1994. In August 1995, BHI Bank Headquarters relocates to Grand Boutique Centre Block B No. 3-4, Jl. Mangga Dua Raya, North Jakarta 14430.With the growth of the spirit of BHI Bank continues to grow so that BHI Bank headquarters moved to a more spacious location that Asean Tower Building 3rd floor at Jl. KH.
