Brief of Company Background
The company owns a factory on a 5.6 ha site in Jalan Trisakti, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, which began its commercial production in 1987. The company production capacity annually: Formalin 90,000 ton, Formalindehyde Resin (UFR,MFR,PFR,LFE) 80,000 ton, Powder Resin (UFP, MFP) 13,600 ton and Hexamine 6,000 ton. The company has an agreement with Perstop, Sweden, for cooperation in production. Its products are sold to 19 plywood manufacturers in Indonesia, and it controls 8% share of the Indonesian formalin and resin market. The company approved a dividend share for the 1999 fiscal year of Rp 4,472,160,000 or Rp 100 per share before tax. A stock split is also in the offing
