Brief of Company Background
The company was founded in 2006 in Jakarta under the name PT Mulia Boga Raya, and at that time had its main business activities as a distributor of food and dairy products. It was only in 2007 that the Company began looking for land to set up factories, and in 2008 to build a factory in Cikarang. In 2009 the Company was appointed as a toll manufacturer to produce products from Fonterra Brands Indonesia, especially cheddar cheese with the Anchor brand. In that year up to 2010 the Company's factories improved facilities, layouts, SOPs, and equipment so that they were able to obtain ISO 22000: 2005 certification, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Process). In addition, the Company's factories have also received SNI certification (Indonesian National Standards) and HALAL certification from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI).Also in 2010, the Company first produced Cheddar Cheese with its own brand, Prochiz, in 2 Kg and 180 gram packages. Along with the positive response to the Company's Cheddar cheese products, the Company expanded its area and added factory facilities in 2011, where the expansion of the plant gave the Company the ability to produce a new variant of the product, Prochiz slice, which is a sheet of cheddar cheese in affordable packaging. Since 2013, until now the Company continues to innovate and add variants of its products ranging from the Premium type with higher cheddar content and flavor, to mayonnaise for salad dressing.In 2013 also, the Company began exploring exports of its products to 9 countries, especially Asia, and to date has routinely made export sales to 3 countries namely Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines. The Company continues to improve and improve its production facilities, since 2015 the Company has continued to add production lines to its factory to date, reaching 7 production lines. Finally in 2018, in order to meet high quality standards, the Company's factories have also obtained FSSC 22000 food safety system certification which is the highest certification for food product quality.
