Jakarta - Moody's Investors Service has raised the rating outlook for PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) to positive from stable.

"This positive rating outlook represents an opinion regarding the direction of the rating for the next 12-18 months. This indicates the possibility of a potential increase in the company's rating to B2 from B3," said Moody's research published Thursday (25/11).

LPKR's rating remains B3, while the change in outlook to positive is evidence of the holding company's improved operating cash flow through solid growth in pre-sales, ongoing project completion, subsidiary dividends, and productive renegotiation of rental subsidy costs.

Moody's further noted that the company's cash position is sufficient to cover costs for the next 18 months without relying on asset sales.
