Jakarta - PT Protech Mitra Perkasa Tbk (OASA) plans to increase capital through preemptive rights by issuing as many as 6 billion new shares from its portfolio.

Based on the prospectus released on Friday (5/20), to realize this rights issue plan, the company will hold an EGMS on June 27, 2022.

Funds raised through this rights issue will be used for the development and expansion of the company's business activities through acquisitions or participation in certain target companies or strategic investments that provide added value to the company; purchasing fixed assets that the company will use to support operational activities; as well as working capital and other operational needs. 

This rights issue plan can increase the company's income in the medium and long term, grow the company's assets, strengthen the capital position, and increase stock liquidity.
