Jakarta - PT Sarana Menara Tbk through its subsidiaries, PT Professional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) and PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte), obtained a loan facility from the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch (BOCHK) worth Rp500 billion.

"The term of this credit facility is 48 months," said Corporate Secretary Irfan Ghazali in information disclosure on Wednesday (26/1).

According to him, this loan facility will be used to support the general needs of the Protelindo company. The loan structure with the concept of providing coverage by Iforte will allow Protelindo to obtain financing with better terms and conditions.

"The provision of facilities is expected to support Protelindo's safe business activities on a consolidated basis and will also have a positive impact on the company," he said.

Protelindo is a business entity of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk with 99.9% ownership.
