Jakarta - PT Provident Agro Group Tbk has completed the sale of 115,498 shares owned by the company in PT Mutiara Agam (MAG) to PT Duta Agro Makmur Indah on November 23, 2021.

At the same time, PT Provident Capital Indonesia and PT Saratoga Sentra Business have also sold each of their share in MAG to PT Lambang Jaya Agroperkasa and PT Global Indo Brothers.

"The purchase price of shares that have been fully received by the company reached Rp354.493 billion," said Corporate Secretary Lim Na Lie in information disclosure on Friday (26/11).

After the transaction, Provident no longer has a source of income because MAG is the only source of revenue for the company.

"At this stage, Provident is reviewing the company's plan to carry out business activities as an investment company, which is expected to contribute revenue to the company and provide better benefits for stakeholders and shareholders," he said.
