Jakarta - PT Pupuk Indonesia is committed to strengthening its business competitiveness by building new Pusri IIIB factories in Palembang and Soda Ash factories in Bontang and Gresik in the near future.

According to Jamsaton Nababan, Director of Portfolio and Business Development at Pupuk Indonesia, the development of new factories aims to increase competitiveness, provide added value, and positively impact the economy and social sector.

This is achieved through increasing fertilizer production efficiency, energy efficiency, and optimizing production by-products.

"In 2022, these projects will enter the tender process stage and are projected to operate commercially in 2025," Jamsaton explained.
