Puradelta Bags Pre-sales Rp228 Billion in First Quarter 2021
Kota Deltamas' modern integrated area developer, PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), achieved pre-sales or marketing sales of Rp228 billion in the first quarter of this year or around 11.4% of the 2020 marketing sales target of Rp2 trillion.
The Company's Director, Tondy Suwanto, achieved marketing sales in the first quarter of this year mainly from the sale of 10.4 hectares of industrial land. This is due to the high demand for industrial land, which is being negotiated.
There are still around 75 hectares of demand for industrial land, both from the data center, automotive, and other sectors. Therefore, the company will strive to achieve the best results.
"Sales of industrial land covering an area of 10.4 hectares mainly come from the data center sector," said Tondy Suwanto in a press release, Friday (8/4).
According to him, the joining of new data center customers at the beginning of this year also adds to data center players in the company's industrial areas who have started participating since last year. In 2020, there will be around 20 hectares of the company's industrial land sales to data center customers.
In addition to conducting industrial sales, the company also continues to develop its residential and commercial areas. The Naraya Park cluster residential products, developed and sold by the company, offer affordable landed houses with a strategic location in the heart of Kota Deltamas.
"Commercial customers will immediately start building supporting facilities in Kota Deltamas, such as shopping centers and health facilities. "With the availability of supporting commercial facilities and a comfortable residential area, the company continues to strive to create an integrated, comfortable city for residents, visitors, and workers in Kota Deltamas," he explained.
