Jakarta - PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) intends to acquire 27,385 shares, or 100% of the issued capital in PT Holi Pharma (HP), from HP's shareholders, Erik Darius Mardiwidyo and Murtiarti.

At the same time, Pyridam will participate in HP's new shares.

"The conditional share sale and purchase agreement (SPA) was signed on August 23, 2021," said Pyridam Corporate Secretary Nadia Miranty Verdiana in an IDX report on Thursday (26/8).

According to Nadia, the contract value in the SPA will be determined once the assessment undertaken by the company's selected public appraisal service office is completed.

"This share acquisition is to expand the company's group business," he said.
