Jakarta - PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) stated that it had obtained the approval of shareholders to acquire PT Holi Pharma and to take part in the new shares issued by HP.

"The shareholders have approved the company's plan to take over HP, which will result in a change of control in HP. The company will purchase all the HP shares owned by HP's shareholders, the majority of the shares issued and paid up in HP, as well as taking part in new shares by the company issued by HP," PYFA said in a disclosure of information to the IDX on Wednesday (29/12).

The company business entity PT Pyfa Sehat Indonesia (PSI) will take over HP. PYFA has provided a loan facility for PSI worth Rp55.5 billion to fund the acquisition of HP.

The company gave a loan to PSI for the planned purchase of 0.05% HP.

Affiliated lending transactions are carried out to accommodate the company's ownership of 100% of HP's shares.
