PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) has established four business entities engaged in the health sector.

The four business entities are; PT Pyfa Medika Indonesia, which is engaged in retail trading business activities of pharmaceutical goods at pharmacies. PT Mega Inter Distrindo is involved in the wholesale pharmaceutical trade. PT Pyfa Investama Media is engaged in wholesale trading of services or contracts, and PT Pyfa Sehat Indonesia has business activities, and retail trade of pharmaceutical goods (through pharmacies and non-pharmacies, media) and packaging.

The company owns 99% of Pyfa Media Indonesia, Mega Inter Distrindo, and Pyfa Investama Media, and PT Pyfa Sehat Indonesia owns 1%.

"The purpose of establishing these four business entities is to support the company's main activities," said Pyridam Corporate Secretary Nasia Miranty in the IDX disclosure, Thursday (25/3).
