PT Bank Net Indonesia Syariah Tbk (BANK) plans to increase capital by providing rights issues of up to 2 billion new shares.

Based on the disclosure of information on the company as quoted on Friday (7/5), the lender could realize this corporate action after obtaining approval from the General Meeting of Shareholders held on May 28, 2021

Meanwhile, the use of proceeds from the rights issue is to strengthen the company's capital structure.

With this transaction plan, the company's capital structure is getting stronger to increase the company's ability to improve and develop business activities and company competitiveness to support long-term growth.

Along with the growth of business activities, the company's performance is expected to increase and provide positive value for the company's shareholders.

Shareholders who do not exercise their rights will be diluted as much as 13.16%.
