ROTI Allocates Rp480 Billion to Buyback Shares

Jakarta - PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI) plans to buy back shares for the third period with an estimated maximum value of Rp480 billion.

"The company limits the purchase price of shares to a maximum of Rp. 1,600 per share," said Director of ROTI, Arlina Sofia, in information disclosure on the IDX on Tuesday (19/10).

He added that the number of shares it will buy back is around 300 million, which it will carry from October 21, 2021, to January 20, 2022.

The company appointed PT BCA Sekuritas as the securities company that carried out the share buyback transaction.

"The implementation of the share buyback does not result in a decrease in revenue and does not have an impact on the company's financing costs, considering that the funds used are internal funds originating from operational activities," he said.
