ROTI Allocates Rp227.3 Billion for Share Buyback Plan

The planned number of shares to be repurchased is a maximum of 133,691 million shares, and this corporate action will be carried out from April 21, 2022, to July 20, 2022.

The buyback price is estimated at Rp1,700 per share, and BCA Sekuritas, as a securities company, is carrying out the plan.
