The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk decided that all of the net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company 2020 amounting to Rp501.05 billion is designated as reserves.

"This is based on the consideration that currently Jasa Marga needs to strengthen its capital structure in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic which has an impact on the company's business," said Jasa Marga President Director, Surbakti Syukur post the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Thursday (27/5).

The Annual GMS also confirmed the dismissal of Adriansyah Chaniago (Independent Commissioner), Agus Suharyono (Commissioner), Sugihardjo (Commissioner), and Mohammad Sofyan (Business Director).

Furthermore, the GMS appointed Eman Salman Arief (Independent Commissioner), M. Roskanedi (Commissioner), Raja Erizman (Commissioner), and Mohamad Agus Setiawan (Business Director).
