Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange has temporarily suspended the shares and bonds of PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) starting from the first trading session on January 31, 2022.

This suspension is based on a letter from PT KSEI dated January 28, 2022, regarding the postponement of interest payments for the 9th continuous bonds I Waskita Beton Precast phase II in 2019.

"Thus, in order to maintain orderly, fair, and efficient securities trading, trading of WSBP shares and bonds in all markets is suspended until further exchange announcements are made, " said Head of IDX Corporate Valuation Division 3 Goklas Tambunan in information disclosure in Jakarta on Wednesday (2/2).

IDX asks all interested parties to always pay attention to the disclosure of information submitted by the company.
