Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange announced the potential delisting of PT Mitra Pemuda Tbk (MTRA).

"MTRA shares have been suspended for more than 12 months and the suspension period will reach 24 months on August 31, 2022," said IDX Head of Corporate Valuation Division I Adi Pratomo through the official publication of the Stock Exchange on Tuesday (5/10).

The Exchange urges the public to continue paying close attention to all forms of information submitted by the company.

As of August 31, 2021, MTRA's shareholders were PT Mitra Ditosan Indonesia at 77.14% and the public at 22.16%.
