Jakarta - The Indonesian Stock Exchange announced the potential delisting of PT Polaris Investama Tbk (PLAS).

"The suspension of PLAS shares reached 36 months on December 28, 2021," said Head of IDX Corporate Valuation Division III, Goklas Tambunan, quoted in information disclosure in Jakarta on Wednesday (5/1).

Previously, the Exchange had announced the potential for delisting PLAS thru letters dated December 27, 2018, January 15, 2022, June 29, 2020, December 29, 2020, and June 28, 2021.

Meanwhile, as of September 30, 2021, PLAS shareholders were Credit Suisse with 7.18%, PT Malaka Jaya Mulia with 8.38%, and the public with 84.44%.

"The stock exchange urges the public to pay attention and pay close attention to all forms of information submitted by the company," he said.
