SMDM, CPRI Shares Resume Trading Today


Jakarta - The Indonesia Stock Exchange has reopened the temporary suspension of shares of PT Suryamas Dutamakmur Tbk (SMDM) and PT Capri Nusa Satu Properti Tbk (CPRI).

SMDM shares were reopened starting from session I on Thursday (6/10), while CPRI shares took effect from the session I trading on Thursday (10/5).

According to the Head of the IDX Transaction Supervision Division, Lidia M. Panjaitan, the bourse lifted the suspension of CPRI shares because the company had fulfilled the obligation to submit financial reports, including the payment of fines for late submission of audited financial statements, ending on December 31, 2021.

Then, the interim financial statements ended on March 31, 2021, and the interim financial statements ended on June 30, 2021.

Meanwhile, trading in SMDM shares was suspended on Wednesday (10/5) due to a cumulative increase in share prices.
