Jakarta - PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME) took over a 28% stake in PT Nitrasanata Dharma (NSD), which Keutenberg Holdings BV owns.

"The company purchased 16,396 NSD shares owned by Keutenberg with a nominal value of Rp800,000 per share, "said SAME Corporate Secretary Rahmiyati Yahya in information disclosure in Jakarta on Tuesday (4/26).

The transaction, with a total nominal value of Rp13.16 billion, was completed on April 21, 2022.

With the completion of the transaction, the company currently has a 28% ownership percentage of the total issued and fully paid capital in NSD.
