Jakarta - PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME) plans to conduct a mandatory tender offer of a maximum of 158.04 million shares owned by the public shareholder of PT Kedoya Adyaraya Tbk (RSGK) or equivalent to 17% of all issued shares.

Based on the summary prospectus published Monday (20/12), the mandatory tender offer price is IDR 1,720 per share. Thus, the total value reached Rp271.83 billion.

The securities company appointed to conduct the mandatory tender offer is PT Mandiri Sekuritas.

The tender offer period must be carried out on December 21, 2021-January 19, 2022, while the completion date is January 21, 2022.

Previously, on September 8, 2021, the company signed a share purchase agreement with PT United Gramedo (UG) for 167.34 shares or 18% of the total shares of RSGK with a transaction value of Rp. 287.82 billion.

The purchase of RSGK shares owned by UG was completed on September 9, 2021.
