Jakarta - PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG) has purchased another 30.58 million shares of PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk (AGII).

"The number of shares purchased was in several stages of the transaction," said STRG Legal Division and Corporate Secretary Juan Akbar Indraseno in the IDX's information disclosure on Thursday (7/10).

He explained, the purchase price starts from Rp1,051 to Rp1,340 per share where the transaction is carried out directly.

The share purchase transaction was carried out from April 13 to September 30, 2021. The purpose of the transaction is an investment.

Thus, the number of shares of Saratoga became 270.94 million shares or 8.83% from the previous 240.36 million shares or 7.84%.
