The General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI) approved the distribution of dividends for the 2020 financial year amounting to Rp300 billion from the 2020 net profit Rp215.1 billion.

"Management proposes the cash dividend amount as a token of appreciation to the company's shareholders for their support during the Covid-19 pandemic. Of course, considering the bread business in Indonesia, which is still growing, as well as a very healthy balance sheet and cash flow condition, "said Director of ROTI, Arlina Sofia, in a press release, Wednesday (5/5).

He added that during a pandemic, ROTI was still able to record positive performance with sales and net profit of IDR3.2 trillion and IDR215.1 billion, respectively, with a net profit margin of 6.7%.

Apart from dividend distribution, the General Meeting of Shareholders also approved the appointment of Ida Apulia Simatupang as Director and accepted Helen Kok Lai Fong
