Jakarta - PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS) won a syndicated credit facility from six financial institutions worth Rp4.3 trillion.

The six financial institutions are Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Woori Brothers Indonesia 1906, JTrust Indonesia, Bank DKI, Bank Syariah Indonesia, and Bank Maybank Indonesia.

"The initial amount of credit given is Rp3.6 trillion," said SSMS Corporate Secretary Swasti Kartikaningtyas in an information disclosure on Wednesday (6/29).

According to Swasti, this credit facility bears an interest rate of 9% with a tenor of eight years.

This credit facility will be used to conduct a tender offer for part or all of the US$300 million global bonds issued by the company in 2018.
